So, 15 months after beginning full-time work for the Church of England and 6 weeks after being recommended for training for ordination (meaning that I’ll become a vicar after three-years at theological college), I’ve finally decided to do what I’ve been threatening to do, and start a blog! It’s aims are to capture the completely chaotic and utterly brilliant day-to-day life of my job in the Church of England, the switch from early ministry to theological college in September 2017, and then (hopefully – if I have enough perseverance!) life as an ordained priest in the Church of England. Everything that I write is true, but I won’t write about the places that I work in too much detail, so as to protect the community, young people and children that I work with. So here it is!
